Compliance Mission Statement
The mission of Sutter Union High School District Compliance Program is to conduct all operations and activities ethically; with the highest level of integrity, and in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This mission will be accomplished by the following goals:
- Foster a campus-wide culture where compliance is a “shared responsibility” and the expectation of accountability for one’s actions.
- Continuously enhance our efforts to educate and monitor staff and student behavior to ensure we embody a state of the art compliance operation.
- Encourage reporting of any violation of law, regulation or code of ethics to appropriate authority.
- Take appropriate action to mitigate and/or correct any violation reported or observed.
