Michael Matteoli Memorial Scholarship
The Michael Matteoli Memorial Scholarihip was created in memory of Michael Matteoli a farmer and skilled mechanic who lost his life due to a tragic farm related accident, September 26, 2018. Michael’s passion was working on his family farm. He managed many areas of the farm as well as took care of maintenance, building, and fabricating equipment. Michael graduated from Pioneer High School in 2010, was a FFA member, student athlete, and participated in ROP classes. There will be $5,000 in scholarships available and will be awarded to any graduating senior with an intended career path in the Agriculture field or mechanical field. To be eligible students must have a minimum of a 2.0GPA; intend to enroll in a 4 year university, junior college, community college, or a trade/vocational school. Students will be required to complete this application and write an essay stating their plans after graduating, what college they will be attending and what their career goal is relating to the Agriculture Field or Mechanical Field.
