Any deserving high school senior or college student is eligible, regardless of grades or participation in school activities.

Must be a Yuba or Sutter County resident

Will attend a college or university located within the State of California

Primarily those who will attend Yuba College, and then will move on to other colleges or universities after completing their general education requirements.
