Eligibility:
- Any deserving high school senior or college student is eligible, regardless of grades or participation in school activities.
- Must be a Yuba or Sutter County resident
- Will attend a college or university located within the State of California
- Primarily those who will attend Yuba College, and then will move on to other colleges or universities after completing their general education requirements.
