The Yuba-Sutter- Colusa United Way and the Alec Flores Youth Sports Scholarship Corporation will be providing four $1000 scholarships to students graduating high school in Yuba, Sutter and Colusa Counties who fully intend to play collegiate sports at a community college, four-year college or university. The applicant either plans to play a sport or has already been accepted to a collegiate sports program.

Preference will be given to students who have been involved in and give back to local communities and who have shown a passion for sports through participation and volunteerism.

Applications are to be filled out and submitted by scanning the QR code on the flyer. The application deadline is March 31, 2023. Awards will be announced on or after April 15, 2023.
