APSEA Scholarship Foundation
Each year, the Asian Pacific State Employees Association (APSEA) Foundation awards educational scholarships to students in the greater Sacramento region. Over the last 15 years, the APSEA Foundation has awarded over $100,000 in scholarships. We are pleased to announce that scholarship applications are currently being accepted for the 2023-2024 academic year.

Applicants must meet four minimum requirements:
• Demonstrate involvement in the Asian Pacific Islander (API) community;
• Demonstrate involvement in the Asian Pacific Islander (API) community;
• Be currently enrolled as a high school senior in good academic standing (2.5 GPA or
